Field Service Technician
Ideal candidate location - Taunton, Exeter, Plymouth
Permanent role, circa GBP28K plus benefits and company van

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for;

Providing a time-sensitive delivery and collection service of all healthcare device rental products to our customers .ie hospitals, clinics, patient homes.
Achieve Company KPI's for all assigned tasks which are assigned via a handheld mobile device and pager. You will control your own diary and be expected to prioritise jobs in order to meet customer needs.
Ensure all documentation such as time sheets and service reports for each job visit are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Detailed QC documentation is required to be completed after each job to show that machine pressures have been tested correctly and decontamination completed in line with company and regulatory requirements.
Carry out a weekly stock check of Company van (Monday or Friday) to ensure that sufficient stock is in place in order to carry out role.
On completion of 6 month probationary period, you will join the on-call rota system provided by the Service team. You will be required to be on-call one in every seven weeks, Monday through to Sunday, providing service and customer support for any calls which come in out of hours
Follow all Company procedures and protocols to ensure compliance is adhered to at all times including SOX and ISO policies
Ensure that all company issued equipment is kept in good order and maintained to a high standard.

Experience:

The successful candidate will be an individual with a background which demonstrates core competences suitable for a position as a Service Technician. Additionally, the candidate will have the ability to interact successfully with both external and internal customers providing a high level of customer service and support at all times.
Demonstrable experience in a similar Field based role within a time-sensitive service environment.
Experience of hygiene and infection control procedures/standards
Experience working to and following ISO and Quality procedures would be advantageous

Education:

IT literate - capable of using varied IT systems and programs
Industry qualification i.e. Electrical Engineering or basic electrical/mechanical qualification
Full UK driving license
