Major are currently working with a national facilities maintenance company who are looking to expand their permanent mechanical team. They are seeking commercial gas engineers to join their successful team. A lot of their work is based in care and residential homes as well as commercial office buildings.
The Job:
- Service and maintain commercial heating systems in plant rooms
- Potential of large scale installations
- PPM and reactive maintenance
- Attend annual service calls
- Call out one in four
The Person:
- Qualified gas engineer with at least 5 years' experience in a commercial setting.
- Hold qualifications including (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CONGLP1PD, CLE1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, Part L- Unvented)
- Commercial catering, laundry and F-Gas is beneficial.
- Comfortable and happy to work on HVAC systems
- Can do and passionate about your sector
The Package:
- GBP31,000 basic salary with opportunity to earn up to GBP45,000 (O.T & Bonus)
- Travel paid at time and a half after 15 minutes of travel
- Tablet, Van, fuel card and phone provided
- Private use of vehicle
