The Role: Inbound Customer Service Advisor - Hybrid Working
(Mix of WFH and office)

Starting Salary GBP19'575 - GBP21'500

Job type: Permanent

5 out of 7 variable Shift Pattern - Including some weekends

My client is currently looking for several customer service professionals to join them on a full and part time permanent basis.

The Role:

Handling high volume inbound calls
Working towards KPI's
Accurately updating customer accounts
Providing a high level of customer service
Ensuring complaints are escalated in line with company policy
What we need:

Previous customer service experience ideally within contact centre, hospitality, retail, or sales
Reliable Wi-Fi connection
Adequate workspace to WFH
Strong attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication
You must be able to commit to 4 weeks training within their Leicester city centre office. Once you complete training you will begin your variable shift pattern which will include working from home at times.
