We are looking for an Account Manager to join a manufacturing company in Leamington, due to the remote location you will need your own transport. The successful candidate will manage the relationships of a portfolio of new and existing customer accounts.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Answering customers queries via email and telephone.
Develop and maintaining a professional customer relationship, to improve flow of communication and to support the customers day to day needs.
Improve margin and organic growth with existing customers through a proactive sales/service relationship and a developed awareness of the customer's needs.
Work closely with our internal and external sales team.
Sales order processing.
Progress chasing orders.
Ensure customer needs are communicated to sales administration, operations and the quality and management teams.
Other general office duties.Skills required:
Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
An excellent communicator with a proactive approach and can-do attitude.
Confident telephone manner.
Able to work on their own and as part of a team.
A relationship builder.
Capable of managing own workload, particularly during busy periods.
Excellent organisational skills.
Full driving licence is desired.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
