Do you live in the Stirling area and have exceptional customer service skills as well as administration experience ? If so, we might have the ideal opportunity for you!

Our client is looking for someone to join their team on a temporary basis for 6 months initially to support a busy period within the business.

The customer service administrator role will be based in the Stirling Head Office and you will provide extensive administration support and customer service support to their existing customers base.

Duties Include:

Processing Orders
Updating customer on their order process
Liase with Transport team, Technical and Finance team
Completing orders on system
Processing invoices
Providing excellent customer service to customers
Answer calls into the team
To be considered you must have be an experienced administrator with excellent customer service skills as you will engage with customers and build relationships with them. You must be well spoken and confident on the phone. You must also have great attention to detail as you will be required to update the in house systems with critical information.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm. Whilst training you will be based in the office and then able to work from home.
