This is a great opportunity for a Stock and Logistics Analyst to support the Production Manager for one of Exeter's most well-recognised and successful businesses.

With the organisation's continued growth this is a key role for a Stock and Logistics Analyst to analyse sales data and stock levels to ensure accurate forecasting in order to fulfil customer orders. Strong numerical and analytical skills are essential along with an advanced knowledge of Excel.

This is a full time position with some home working options available too. A work pattern of 4 days a week will also be considered.

The role:

* Analysing sales data, stock levels and customer orders to create an accurate demand forecast.

* Constantly reviewing stock levels, allowing for lead-times on delivery.

* Weekly reporting of stock availability.

* Communicating with the sales team to highlight any stock capacity issues.

* Understanding sales patterns and trends and proactively allowing for this.

* Highlighting over-stocks.

Skills and experience:

* A sound knowledge of MS Office, including advanced Excel.

* Strong numerical skills, with the ability to consider and analyse large amounts of data.

* Attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy workload is essential.
