Do you have a background in customer service and sales? If so, look no further as we are supporting an innovative manufacturer on the search for a Sales Support Analyst.
Within this newly formed team, you will be reporting into the Lead Analyst, playing a vital role to drive the Commercial Strategy and provide accurate analysis and data to assist in overall business improvement and efficiency.
You will be:
Maintaining accurate data within both ERP and CRM Systems
Providing customer quotations and assist with the implementation of product price increase
Various administrative duties, and maintenance of internal customer information
Take responsibility to support the wider business in various projects as required
Liaise with internal stakeholders to communicate findings, responding to challenge and presentation of solutionsYou need to:
Highly attentive to detail, with focus on accuracy of information
Knowledge of customer experience, within a data coordination or analytical role
Previous experience working with sales data and reporting
Strong IT skill set, Word, PowerPoint, Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas) and CRM System knowledge (JD Edwards, Cognos 11 and Data-Warehousing experience desirable)
Able to meet tight deadlines, within a fast-moving and ever-changing environment
An effective communicator, both written and verbal with the capability to present information to a wide audience with enthusiasm
Highly organised and strong process management
Driven and willing to learn, proactive in your approach
