Resource Direct Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting a HR Assistant on behalf of their client Engie Fabricom UK. This is a full time, permanent role based in Grimsby and on offer is a competitive rate.
Overview:
The HR Assistant is responsible for supporting the HR Manager by managing day-to-day HR administrative duties, including but not limited to;
* Supporting admin for new starters, leavers, promotions, maternity etc
* Preparing HR documentation, e.g. contracts and letters, using existing templates
* Produce employment data as required including routine and ad hoc reports on turnover and absence statistics.
* To work closely with Finance on payroll-related issues as required.
* Office/Business support including training administration and bookings.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
* CIPD level 3, or working towards is desirable, but not essential.
* HR administrative experience desirable.
* Experience of interpreting business requirements and providing solutions.
* Administrative experience is essential.
