Waiter Waitress

Main purpose of job: Serve customers at their tables in the restaurant. Their duties include offering the menus to customers, answering questions about the menu, processing, delivering food and drinks orders. They also prepare and process the bill payments.

Main duties

1.Taking orders from customers and answering any question about the menu items ingredients and the menu specials

2. Create a welcoming environment for customers

3. delivering food and drinks to the tables

4. inquiring to see if the customers are satisfied with their order and service

5. processing payments through cash or credit

6. Cleaning table after customers leave

7. ensure the hotel is always welcoming and inviting to our guests by maintaining your section to the highest standard.

Relevant experience

* Previous experience working as a server in a restaurant

* Experience working with cash

Aptitude, skills and abilities

* Knowledge of alcohol and service laws and the confidence to enforce them

* Ability to multitask
