Our client based in Warrington is looking to recruit a temp to cover a maternity cover (Potentially until March 2022)
You will work with the Operations Department/Claims Management Platform, handling their Mechanical breakdown and Maintenance - Warranties
Main aspects of the assignment will be -
To respond professionally, within a targeted time frame to all telephone and inbound email enquiries.
Taking details of claims information and transferring calla to the relevant colleague to handle.
The ideal person will have exceptional Customer Service skills both written ad by phone and have good accurate computer skills.
It would be an advantage to have any knowledge of motor claims
