Our client who is a leading Manufacturer based near to Birmingham Airport are looking to recruit x5 Machine Operatives to join their busy team. All of the roles are permanent, full time opportunities, with training offered.
Your duties will include:
* Understanding how machine operates, conduct quality checks periodically and adjust machine as needed for changeover
* Ability to follow instructions and production schedules. To be able to act quickly when problems arise.
* Carry out cleaning tasks to a high standard.
* To operate the machinery in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring operating efficiency is maximised and downtime minimised.
This is a fantastic opportunity with a company that has been trading and growing for over 70 years. Full Training will be given and you will be trained on all areas of the operation.
My client is looking for enthusiasm, motivation and a good work ethic and in return this role offers longevity and security.
Working Hours - Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 6.00pm and Friday 7.00am to 4pm (Friday is classed as overtime).
Pay Rate - GBP10.50 per hour Monday to Thursday and Friday Pay Rate GBP13.00 per hour.
Benefits - An extra 50p paid for every machine you learn to work! You can earn up to GBP14.00 per hour! Lunch is served Monday - Thursday, which you are welcome to have, money will be taken out of your wages so you have no worries of carry cash or remembering your money. You also received a pension, free parking and 204 hours per year in holiday!
