Lupa Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a leading international Security Risk Management Supplier.
Our client is a well-established organisation within the close protection and security sector and is looking for a dynamic and professional Office manager/Accounts manager who understands and can work around the varied business needs. You will need to be AAT qualified and have a good understanding of financial practices.
Location- Liverpool
Salary - GBP(phone number removed) (pro-rata, 3 days a week)
Part Time, Permanent, Flexible on days (opportunity to increase to full time)
Holidays - 23 days + Bank holidays (pro rata)
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes

* PA experience beneficial
Role and Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Managing Director
* General bookkeeping and account management through Sage
* All office administration
* Responsible for all purchase ledgers
* VAT returns
* Invoicing multi-currency accounts
* Processing monthly BACS payments and maintaining accurate records of authorisation.
* Report long term unpaid invoices or discrepancies to the Managing Director
* Prepare and keep up to date all financial monitoring information required by the Managing Director
* Meticulous Filing all accounting documentation
* Maintaining all financial records and data accurately and securely.
* Management of general administration and efficient overall operation of the office
* Call handling, resolving any queries if possible and passing on messages
* Updating internal systems, including maintaining the database
* Excel skills are essential
* Diary and meeting management/travel arrangements for MD
* Running reports from the system (training given)
* Responsible for the efficient running of the office
* Can work to a high standard using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
* Professional liaising directly with client
* Excellent communication and customer service skills

Hours of work are 9am-5pm
