My client, a 5* Housing Developer is looking for a Site Manager in Derby for 5 weeks.
Site Manager
New build Residential
up To GBP25 per hour
Start Monday 26th July
Derby
Suitable candidates will have at least 5 years management experience, they will have worked as No1 site manager on new build residential sites and will be familiar with NHBC guidelines and CMLS, They should also be familiar with Traditional Build. They also hold SMSTS, Full First aid and CSCS card. and be able to provide suitable references.
Initially for holiday cover but could be extended or lead to working on another of their sites in the area.
Contract length: 5 weeks
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Salary: Up to GBP25.00 per hour
