Pertemps have the opportunity for a Stock and Sales Administrator to join one of the UK's fastest growing privately owned companies.

This is a temporary to permanent role working 8:45am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal stock fulfilment by raising orders, reviewing stock holding and highlighting areas of improvement related to supplier performance.
Responsibilities:

Inputting stock levels for products within areas of responsibility.
Increasing order levels by analysing sales data.
Improvements in stock fulfilment via building excellent supplier relationships
Supporting all retail & on-line promotional activity by establishing appropriate stock levels
Maximise sales and profitability by analysing sales performance i.e. high/low stocks, no sales, etc.
Continually monitoring critical stock lines to ensure great product availability.
Creating & maintaining order schedules.
Reporting on supplier performance against key Company metrics.
Building & establishing excellent communication channels with colleagues.Experience Requirement:

Intermediate computer skills and especially confident on Microsoft Excel.
A logical thinker.
A strong communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships
Ability to meet tight deadlines.
High level of numeracy and literacy.
Flexible approach to work according to the needs of the business.
