Residential Support Workers - Brighton and Seaford

Hourly rate starts from GBP9.17 per hour - to increase after passing probation.

Term time only or 52 weeks a year, weekends and bank holidays are OPTIONAL!

Working mum/dad/parent? Early riser? Afternoon-to-evening worker? No matter your ideal schedule, we can tailor your hours. Being a working parent is hard sometimes, right? We recognise how challenging balancing work and life can be sometimes and we want to make it easier for you!

We are looking for committed Residential Support Workers, who will engage and support our young people in building life skills and interests. You will be responsible for supporting our young people to grow and thrive.

You will work either or a mix of, depending on your requirements:

* 7am-11am, between 2-5 mornings per week.

* 3pm-10pm, between 2-5 evenings per week

* Weekend shifts, between 8-12 hours, or according to your schedule.

* Flexible working is invaluable to our colleagues' wellbeing, and we recognise and want to support this. We can flex our shift patterns to suit your needs, as long as you can tell us what your requirement is prior to interviews!
