Our client is a successful fast-growing SAAS Fintech company based in Bedford providing market leading software solutions for the asset, automotive and consumer finance industries. They partner with a selection of key global clients to provide first class disruptive technologies and solutions.

We are now looking for an ambitious individual to work within the Software Support and Client Implementation team. Ideally the Junior Software Support Analyst will have some experience of a busy applications support environment with a keen interest in technology such as Databases, AWS and Web/Software Development. Experience of Financial Services would also be useful.

This role will be highly customer focussed, as well as working with both the development and client implementation teams. As such this will be a fantastic opportunity for career advancement into several IT disciplines.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service to a wide range of prestigious clients
• Answering customer queries and support tickets and liaising with clients on telephone/video calls as required
• Creating and managing client documentation on the custom platform
• Researching and writing online user guides to assist client self service
• Working closely with new clients to ensure successful implementations
• Product demonstrations and User training
• Working with both the developers and the Project Managers to ensure issues are understood and resolved in a timely fashion
• Working with the Product Owners to help ensure continual improvement of the product suite

Skills & Knowledge required:

• Experience of providing a high-quality customer service
• High level of IT literacy and some understanding of web/software applications, Oracle Databases, Amazon Web Services
• Takes ownership of problems and sees them through to a successful conclusion
• Have an analytical and creative approach to problem solving with the ability to work on your own to fully investigate issues to understand the root cause and suggest long term solutions
• Ability to learn quickly, conscientious & motivated whilst working in a fast-paced environment
• Ambitious team player with a Can Do attitude
• Experience of working under pressure to high standards
• Lateral thinker with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges
• An enthusiasm for learning new technologies
• Fluent in business English language - with excellent written and verbal skills
