Locating, onboarding, and effectively managing accounts, your responsibilities will include:
* Continually expanding and improving designated client portfolios across fill rates and margins.
* Continued management of existing clients ensuring optimum performance and satisfaction.
* Liaising with the Delivery team whom source candidates for your accounts
* Taking ultimate responsibility, both personally and with the recruiting team, to ensure all candidates presented to roles are engaged, committed and in full knowledge of the requirements of the role.
* Ensuring HW Healthcare have a full and accurate understanding of the role and compliance requirements of each individual client/site and document those requirements diligently, ensuring the information is recruited on the system
As a 180 role with a dedicated focus on account management, this is ideal for an experienced recruitment consultant with a background providing a service-led approach with a commitment to compliance and producing high-standard results.
