M&E Site Manager / COW

We are looking for a temporary site manager / Clerk of works to assist in delivering energy performance contracts across the Cambridge area. This will be working for a leading D&B organisation with excellent contracts within the industry and local area helping deliver enhancements and improvements within the carbon reduction and energy efficiency space for public sector organisations such as schools, colleges and similar bodies

You will need to hold a trade qualification in either HVAC or Electrical Engineering and be used to overseeing the site installation of works by sub contractors

The person will need the following;

CSCS card

Enhanced DBS (preferred)

3- 5 years experience in a similar role

Proven ability to run multiple projects

Good references

Ideally a trade qualification in either mechanical or electrical

Candidates must come from an MEP background and hold a current driving licence whilst living an easy commute of the Cambridge (City) area
