1st line Application Support Engineer required for a Great company. The role will involve the installation, expert technical support and customisation of their bespoke state of the art applications within a dynamic and enjoyable environment.
You will be a key member of the organisation involved in developing and improving the softwares (D365) and troubleshoot desktops, laptops and mobiles etc.
Excellent communication skills
Experience in documentation
Experience in IT service support desk
Experience of working in systems such as Windows 10, Azure, O365 Active Directory and D365
Skills of interest (not essential)
Experience supporting end user devices
configuration and troubleshooting
This role requires a highly motivated and energetic candidate who has an approachable manner backed-up by technical know-how.
