Customer Service Representative (Speke)

Our client a global biotech company based in Speke are looking for a Customer Services Representative to join their Commercial Operations department and execute efficiently and professionally all business operations and customer services activities.
The role is to start ASAP until January 2022 and is currently home based but from the start of August the position will be full time in the office.
The roles is paying GBP11.50 per hour.
Duties include:
* Processing orders, preparing correspondence, and fulfilling customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Relying on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
* Working under immediate supervision.
* Typically reporting to a supervisor or manager.
The role holder would be expected to:
* Have 1-2 years customer service experience
* Have some call centre experience but open to someone from all sorts of other backgrounds (hospitality, retails etc)
* Have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
* Hold helpful customer service skills
* Have good written & verbal communication skills
