CarmichaelUK are recruiting an experienced Office Administrator for work with a main tier contractor in Cambridge.
We are keen to hear from you if you have experience working within a construction environment and have significant working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Projectwise would be advantageous).
The role is expected to be long term (min 6-12 months) with potential for extension.
The role will be based in Cambridge however there may be infrequent visits required to alternative sites in the UK, so ideally requires someone with a vehicle.
Your duties will include:
Doc Control
All general Admin - reports - collation and binding
Meeting catering etc.
Reception duties
Stationery & office supplies - monitor and order as required
Cost Clerk role - invoice register
Travel arrangement bookings
Site Waste Management Plan - data entry
Material reconciliations
Material Transport reporting - calculating carbon footprint
General office management duties
Deliverables tracking and ensuring current revisions are updated
Preparation of all necessary documentation for upcoming meetings, including printing, photocopying, scanning and binding
