Technical Support Specialist

Cornucopia are partnering with one of the UK's leading software development organisations on an immediate requirement for a Technical Support Specialist. This role will be working with our client's market-leading product teams, providing 2nd line support to customers and internal teams.

They are looking for an organised and confident individual who is comfortable working in a customer facing position. They will have previous experience in a support position, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be involved in investigating system issues, providing clear guidance and assisting teams across the organisation.

Skills:

* Experience with T-SQL

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

* Understanding of complex data structures

* Previous experience in a support role

* Excellent communication skills

* Strong understanding of software and databases

Desirable:

* Understanding of MVC, ASP.NET, C#

* Advanced database knowledge
