Customer Service Assistant
Temporary to Permanent
Salary TBC
15hrs per week

I have the pleasure in recruiting for a local company that feel their staff are their greatest asset.
They are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to help them continue to grow the business.
THE ROLE:
* As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be managing existing client base and undertaking marketing activities to seek new clients.
* To support the depot manager to develop the site through the provision of first class customer service.
* The upkeep and maintenance of the site to include general cleaning duties.
* We propose a total of 15 hours per week for the successful Self Storage Assistant with a schedule to be agreed to include weekends.
THE CANDIDATE:
* The ideal Customer Service Assistant will have the ability to use their own intiative often working unsupervised and most important a desire to succeed.
* Excellent customer service skills, communicating effectively on the phone and face to face.
* Basic computer literacy with training provided.
THE PACKAGE:
