Are you an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor looking to further your career with a successful Yorkshire based Regional Contractor?
Our client is a solid, friendly, Building and Refurbishment Contractor who, due to continued growth is now seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to work from their offices in Leeds.
As Project Quantity Surveyor with a direct reporting line to the MD, you will be responsible for underaking all quantity surveying duties on allocated projects, typically 2 to 3 schemes at a time and ranging in value up to GBP2m.
Requirements:
- You will have a proven track record working as a Quantity Surveyor within the Build Contracting market
- Ideally educated to minimum of HND level or above
- Good team player and communicator with a desire to succeed
