Content and Partner Operations Manager - GBP45K + Benefits - Slough/Flexible Working.

An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global brand for a self motivated, talented Content and Partner Operations Manager.

An excellent track record of supplier and operations management is a must, as the employee will be required to ensure the on-going maintenance and supply of the content that is used within our client(s) programmes.
This role is crucial to the content plan for a specific banking client, allowing us to support the manual workaround content integration prior to committing resources against partner integrations. Accurate operational work will help to achieve revenue goals for the monetization of content in the client model.
The candidate will work within the central Content and Partnerships Team and is expected to work with internal colleagues including Customer Care across multiple time zones.

Developing expertise in the content management system(s) for Marketplace
Owning the operational delivery and manual loading of all content into the portal, including display materials, terms and conditions, to make sure we are meeting all partner guidelines and contractual requirements
Coordinating and take ownership for partner and merchant approval of all campaign collateral on time and to agreed schedule
Delivering the QA of all content loaded to ensure a first class customer content experience
Acting as the point person between Content and Customer Care
Responsible for the removal of content at the time of expiry or due to a lack of usage
Reporting on the metrics of content engagement and usage to inform decisions around content types and for the negotiation of more favourable rates from content providers where we experience high usage/beneficial economics
Providing support for planning and managing the client content calendar
Help support future integrations with direct or third-party content providers after testing has informed those decisions
Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day content partner enquiries (operational, marketing & service)

Proven success working with and managing multiple content sources with the ability to carefully manage expectations and build excellent working relationships
Experienced in coordinating complex, multi-channel and data driven content
Excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize conflicting deadlines
Ability to work alone using initiative to coordinate marketing campaigns through to final implementation
Flexibility to work as part of a global team across multiple time zones, with meetings occasionally occurring outside of regular' UK work hours using web conferencing technology
Excellent attention to detail and appreciation of need to follow process
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
A strong sense of personal responsibility & accountability
High level of self-motivation and self-direction
Focus on continuous improvement, making our products and processes better
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Natural operational acumen and attention to detail
Understanding that working as part of new team will require the ability to adapt and identify new ways of working to deliver results in the most effective & efficient manner
Experience in supplier operations essential - within an affiliate network, publisher or advertiser
Demonstrable experience of working with content management systems, ideally Magento
Experience of working within a small, agile organization and able to work effectively with a team who may be remote
Educated to a degree level or demonstrable results in a similar role
Highly self-motivated, collaborative, keen attention to detail, ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
