Ayrshire College and its Business Growth team have a unique and exciting opportunity for dynamic vocational trainers to join our pre-approved commercial register. This is a key role for the College where the successful trainers will support the development of the economy in Ayrshire.

The Business Growth team is responsible for generating commercial income on behalf of Ayrshire College. We provide a range of training courses to employers and individuals across diverse subjects. We are seeking TWI qualified trainers, assessors and verifiers to work at our Kilmarnock campus.

As a TWI Welding trainer/Assessor/Verifier you must be able to support candidates and offer constructive feedback when assessing against TWI Welder qualification criteria.  TWI Instructor/Examiner experience is essential as is previous training experience

We are seeking candidates with a passion for their subject area, who are forward thinking, have experience of delivering training to employers and can respond to candidates from diverse sectors and backgrounds and who will guide and inspire learners. Our courses can be delivered face-to-face across all our campuses – welding will only be delivered face-to-face and specifically at our Kilmarnock campus. Candidates should be available to work during the day, evenings and possibly Saturday

With a busy training schedule ahead, we offer an exciting opportunity to join a busy and growing commercial team.
