Junior IT Support Technician - (Growing MSP) - Fully Remote - GBP18,000 - GBP20,000.
Junior IT Support Technician/Junior IT Support Analyst/Junior IT Engineer/1st Line Support
Prime Appointments are pleased to be partnering with a rapidly growing MSP who have successfully undertaken a huge new set of clients since the COVID-19 pandemic and are seeking a Junior IT Support Technician to join their team.
Although this role will primarily be remote, you will also travel to customer sites around the Suffolk and East Anglia region, so applicants must be able to drive and live within the catchment area.
You will be responsible for networking and maintenance services, documentation of issues and solutions as well as escalating cases to 2nd Line Technicians. Raising calls for faults in hardware and software is also key to the role.
Experience installing and configuring recent Microsoft domain environments including Windows 10, Windows Servers and Office 365 are essential. Knowledge of Mac systems, Adobe and Virtualisation technologies would be advantageous but are not required.
