Recruitment Resourcer
We are recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy Transport team in Milton Keynes. As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be responsible for supporting the Transport team with daily job bookings and running of the desk.
As a Recruitment Resourcer your duties will be:
To be responsible for resourcing and contacting candidates for potential job bookings
Advertising roles onto job boards upon receiving job descriptions
Contacting candidates for their availability on a daily basis
Completing the registration process for candidates and updating their rights to work documents onto an in house CRM system
Must be a driver as will be required to go to Daventry site
Screening candidates via phone or face to face
Keeping candidates up to date with progress of their applications
Details:
Salary: GBP11.00/GBP12.00 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm
Location: Milton Keynes/Daventry
Duration: Temporary ongoing
Skills and Qualifications of a Recruitment Resourcer:
Previous experience working in Recruitment (Desirable)
Strong communications skills
Computer Literate
Excellent organisation skills
Good telephone manner
Able to work under pressure
