Immigration Paralegal / Caseworker
An OISC registered immigration company that provides comprehensive immigration services within both the Private and Corporate sectors, is currently seeking an Immigration Paralegal / Caseworker, to join their growing team.

Qualifications and Experience:
Ideally one of the following qualifications: OISC level 1/2 or equivalent PQE or Paralegal qualification.
Minimum of one years' client-facing immigration work experience and independent case management from either a reputable registered OISC or equivalent regulated law firm.
Experience in Sponsorship licence applications, Point Based System/Skilled Worker, Family and Nationality with proven success rate in previous cases.
Key duties and skills:
Independent management of your own caseload from start to finish.
Have an ability to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels.
Have the ability to take a logical and systematic approach to issues, thinking outside of the box and weighing up all options available to make an informed decision.
Effectively work with minimal supervision.
Good understanding of Immigration law with a proactive approach to undertaking necessary research.
Possess excellent attention to detail.
Be an excellent communicator - written and verbal.
Have strong organisational, literacy and numeracy skills.
Ability to prioritise task list.
Benefits:
Annual leave: 20 days plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days plus bank holidays following 2 years' service and increasing to 27 days plus bank holidays on 5 years' service
