Job Title: Sales Progression Manager.
Location: Colchester Essex. (2 Positions)
Target: Candidates with previous experience in an Estate Agency setting.
Rewards: Competitive Basic Salary of GBP24K plus Commission, Bonuses and Benefits with an OTE of GBP30K.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm.
Timeline: Immediate Interviews and Start.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidates will need to be able to build on client relationships, communicate with estate agents, customers, and clients and at the same time provide an integral support role to both your dedicated team and the company.
Responsible for the successful exchange of contracts and subsequent legal completion of all properties purchased by way of a Part Exchange or an Assisted Sale transaction.
Required Knowledge, skills and qualifications:
Previous experience of either estate agency or the new homes market will be necessary.
Have your own transport, and be able to commute daily to our offices in Colchester Essex.
You will possess a proven track record in the sales and customer service industry and have the determination to meet and exceed target's set.
The ability to work towards your own targets in addition to contributing fully to the wider team.
A team player with excellent organisational skills
Excellent inter-personal and presentation skills, with outstanding Communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple format, and be able to accurately assess information under pressure.
You will need to be Accurate, numerate and highly computer literate, a highly competent Microsoft Office user, including Excel, Word and Outlook, and be able to quickly adapt to new software packages and online processes.
