Paid Social Media and Marketing Administrator
Location: Chiswick Honda, 4 Power Road, West London, W4 5YT
Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP23,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (Occasional weekend hours might be required)
We have an excellent opportunity for a Paid Social Media & Marketing Administrator, to join our busy in-house marketing team based in Chiswick. The successful applicant will collaborate with our Marketing Account Managers to create and produce paid media campaigns, plus help support with marketing and database administrative tasks.
About the Paid Social Media & Marketing Administrator Role:
The Paid Social Media & Marketing Administrator role is split into two different responsibilities. The first part is to organise and manage all paid social activity across the group, including campaign and advert creation, monitoring and tracking performance and assisting our marketing account managers to ensure this is a successful part of the business.
The other part of the role will be assisting our Marketing & CRM administration team to guarantee all functions are carried out in accordance with set procedures and manufacturer standards. You will be required to track new enquiries into the business, check user performance and carry out tasks on our CRM and related dealer & manufacturer systems.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with a passion for marketing, and has experience or the capability to work in a busy administrative position.
Having a good understanding or keen interest in Marketing would be an advantage, although, this is not essential as full training will be given.

Paid Social Media and Marketing Administrator Duties:
Day-to-day management of our paid social campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook and Instagram
Creating attractive adverts to ensure optimal performance, working with Account Managers and using our initiative
Working alongside our content creator to acquire necessary assets for paid campaigns
Liaising with the agency that help manage our PPC adverts, and provide consultancy for our paid social strategy
Achieving short and long term targets against key measurable metrics
Share responsibility of required tasks in line with manufacturer procedures to ensure all leads into the business are being dealt with effectively
Assist the CRM and Database Manager to ensure our CRM and related systems are effectively maintained.
Administrative support for general marketing tasks including our website, point of sale ordering, events, and stock maintenance
Paid Social Media and Marketing Administrator Requirements:
A passion and understanding of marketing and the motor industry
A keen eye for detail with excellent administrative skills
Understanding of analytics & metrices and their role when evaluating performance.
Ability to establish and maintain working relationships
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Good written, communication and proof-reading skills
Interests in the motor industry, social media and digital marketing
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
The capability to work well within a team, but be self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative.
