Do you have great Accounting experience within the property management or real estate industry?
Perhaps you have worked as a Service Charge Accountant, Client Accountant or similar role... dealing with statements, reconciliations, analysis, service charge budget preparation, etc.
This role is based at Hillington Business Park in Glasgow and is the Accounting representative for the site.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all charges are collected from Tenants on behalf of the Landlord within agreed deadlines.
Also preparing service charge budgets, reconciling the annual service charge accounts, producing statements and conducting analysis, resolving any queries, etc.
Salary: up to GBP35,000
Benefits: pension, private healthcare, life assurance, 25 days' holiday (plus bank holidays), annual company bonus (profit share)
Hours: Full time, Permanent
You should have Accounting / Finance experience in the property industry and background in a similar role, with a knowledge of relevant RICS regulations.
