I'm working with a Property Firm based in Surrey who are looking for a Recruitment Advisor for a Maternity cover of 12 months.
This role is to lead on a high volume position in a stand alone post. You will be in the office 3 - 4 times a week after August with a salary of 40k - 45k.
Your duties would include:
* Taking responsibility of the end to end recruitment process
* Recruit directly using the various boards
* Conduct CV and initial telephone screenings
* Update directors and online portal
* Coordinate JDs, Interviews and offers
It is preferred that the candidate has worked within a recruitment sphere before, have a 'can do' attitude, and able to work autonomously with a flexible and collaborative nature.
My client needs someone to start quite soon, so immediate availability would be a bonus.
