An excellent opportunity has arisen for an HR Advisor to join an educational organisation based in their Central London office.

The focus of the role will be to provide comprehensive and pragmatic HR advice and support to line managers and employees across the Group on all aspects of HR but with a particular focus on recruitment.

(This role requires a CIPD qualification or equivalent. Candidates currently working towards this would be considered).

Key Responsibilities

* Recruitment - Work with the Area/Nursery Managers in ensuring talent mapping and succession planning is kept up to date and prioritised as part of the wider organisation talent development program

* Employee Relations - Work with HR Manager on ER cases to ensure successful and timely resolution and mitigation of risk and litigation

* Performance Management - Support Managers and Employees in ensuring performance is effectively managed, and individuals are developed and supported by setting goals, providing feedback, discerning performance levels, etc

* Systems Management - To work as directed by Managers and demands of the role to engage with all relevant stakeholders to feed into the design and build of fit for purpose systems

* Management Reporting - Produce management reports, support, and assist with collating HR data when required and identify opportunities for improvement

* Project Management - To work with the HR Manager to review, draft and maintain all HR company policies and procedures. To be successful in this role you will have experience of working in a similar role for a minimum of 12 months.

Specific measures of success

* Accurate and timely reporting: Prepares accurate, real-time, management information to the HR Manager, Operational Managers and Directors and take appropriate action to implement change where applicable

* Relationship building: Being able to build strong and credible relationships with line managers and employees

* Succession Planning: Assist with the critical recruitment needs across the Group and ensure that we have a pipeline of candidates to choose from both internally and externally.
