Our client is a unique family run business comprising a coffee shop, hydro pool, play area and function room all under one roof. This contemporary, rapidly expanding business are looking for a dynamic, charismatic and innovative Coffee Shop Manager to join this friendly team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Caf??/Coffee Shop Manager looking for the autonomy to grow a business in a permanent part time role with full autonomy from the client.

Your role as Coffee Shop Manager will require you to think on your feet, go the extra mile, have desire and deliver autonomy. You will be a forward thinking, fast paced, inspirational leader.

They are a brand that delivers a consistently high standard of service and want a Coffee Shop Manager to join them to actively maximise all business opportunities, introduce new innovative ideas and lead your team from the front.

We are looking for a Coffee Shop Manager to provide leadership at every level and as a Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of the coffee shop and on-site facilities by maintaining company procedures and standards as well as running your own shifts.

As a Coffee Shop Manager, you will:

Lead and inspire your team.
Develop your team and provide all training
Ongoing daily coaching and team motivation
Manage team members' full employment cycle
Manage the rota, cover, holidays etc
Manage bookings for the activity rooms and liaise with activity providers
Drive sales and maximise profits and actively engage in promotional activities
Bring creativity and efficiency to the fresh food and drink offering
Maximise all business opportunities.
Manage and improve all controllable costs.
Have Full P&L accountabilities.
Keep control of all stock and manage stock ordering.
Be available to work any 5 days out of 7 including one weekend day
Take responsibility for health, safety and food hygiene compliance
Have or be prepared to work towards obtaining a Pool Plant Operator qualificationThis is an excellent career move and opportunity which would be an ideal position for a current Store Manager looking for flexibility and to join a fantastic company offering the opportunity to be involved in an expanding large business with great future progression.

This is a salaried role; permanent 20 hours a week over 5 days (to include Saturday mornings)

Part time, permanent - 20 hours per week (GBP12.50 per hour - GBP24,375 p.a. pro-rata)
