Great opportunity to work as a Production Operative for a leading UK provider of avocados.
Staffline is recruiting for a Production Operative to work in Spalding.
The rate of pay is GBP8.91 per hour.
You will work fixed shifts. Full and Part Time available. The hours of work are:
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
- Saturday additional work available.
Your Time at Work
As a Production Operative at this site, your main duty will be to pack and grade fresh avocados to the highest standard, for commercial customers.
You will be responsible for grading packing fruit to customer requirements via pictures on the line, boxing and packaging the products ready for distribution to some of the major supermarket chains across the UK.
This is a fast-paced operation in a small team of regular staff.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect Production Operative will be physically fit due to the nature of the role, you will need to be able to stand on your feet for the duration of the shift and be able to lift boxes/cases of up to 20kg in weight.
You must be happy to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
You'll be comfortable with completing repetitive tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
Due to the location of the site, you should either have access to your own transport or live locally.
No previous experience is necessary as a Production Operative as full training is provided.
