We are looking for van drivers who are interested in working day shifts, 5 shifts per week, or wanting to pick up an extra shift or two a week, for our client who is steadily busy all year round!
Key Responsibilities
You will be representing our client on their home delivery operation, ensuring that customers receive their order safely and respectfully.
Due to the nature of the role and goods that you will be delivering, this role requires you to be physically comfortable with lifting some heavy goods, and use your initiative when making deliveries to customers.
You will be working in a team of two, working together to ensure all deliveries are made in a timely manner, whilst delivering excellent customer service to all. If you like the satisfaction of completing a good day's work working as a team and knowing you've provided great customer service, then this job is for you!
Hours of work
Working Monday to Friday shifts, with an approximate 05:30am start time, you can expect to work between 40-55 hours per week if you opt for full-time hours.
We are also welcoming applicants who are wanting just a day or two per week alongside other commitments.
Rate of Pay
This role will be paid at GBP9.78 per hour, Monday to Friday.
The company provide on-site parking, and offers an on-site canteen / rest area for the start and end of your shift
