Housing Assistant
37 hours per week
12 month Temporary Contract

This is a great opportunity for a Housing Assistant to join the Tenancy team.
You will provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective resolutions to low/medium risk tenancy management and ASB cases.
The role will require you to be out on patch and dealing with medium/low risk
tenancy breaches. The successful candidate will Intervene before cases escalate with personable and timely approaches to case resolution therefore enthusiasm, an organised approach, good communication skills and a can do attitude are essential.
The ideal person will have GCSEs in Maths and English and possess strong IT skills.
A knowledge of housing and tenancy management would be beneficial. You will also be reliable with the ability to prioritise your own workload to meet tight deadlines.
