Our client is looking for an immediately available Human Resources Business Partner for a 6MFTC paying GBP40k per annum. The company are a large financial services company specialising in the process services of the Life and Pension industry.
This role is remote based but will require some travel into Craigforth when required.
Do you have strong Employee Relations case management and can advise managers on how to deal with disciplinary, grievance, sickness and absence management?
The role will also include general HRBP support in regard to more operational HR activities, so someone who has done a similar role before would be ideal.
