Our client, a leading independent Oil & Gas operator, based in Norwich, are currently seeking a Subsea Technical Administrator to support the integrity team.

This is a full time, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week, working on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This position reports directly to the Subsea Inspection Co-ordinator and provides technical support to the Integrity department. The department is responsible for completing subsea inspections as per regulatory obligations and you will play an important part in maintaining routine day to day activities, ensuring data and reports are safely organised and distributed, alongside involvement in other maintenance and repair work.

You will also be expected to support other departments sourcing and presenting data as required. This is a key role with responsibility to deliver timely data using various software packages, including GIS and in-house databases.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Maintain GIS database of assets and all deposits

* Maintain KP files and Runlines.

* Maintain PWA (Pipelines Work authorisations) registers

* Preparing and submitting OGA biannual reports (FishSAFE)

* Support integrity engineers with Deposit consent applications/environmental applications

* Submitting and maintaining the Kingfisher database

* Assisting/submitting survey notifications.

* Maintain and update Dataverse database

* Maintain and update Navimodel projects

* Preparing ad-hoc Maps for project support

* Creating and maintaining webmaps with links to existing reports/data

* Populate Reporting folders with received reports and data

* 3D modelling of structures and rock installations

* Support SOW creation and compiling associated data to be submitted with RFQs

Key Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Environmental and/or Geographical sciences

* Familiar with GIS packages, preferably QGIS

* Familiar with Microsoft Office software

* EIVA NaviModel

Applicants must be self-motivated with excellent attention to detail. You will have the ability to work methodically through problems as they arise and complete tasks in timely fashion. As the Subsea Technical Administrator, you will have strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
