ABC Teachers are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistants with experience working with secondary aged students with special educational needs (SEN) to work with our partner schools from September 2021. You must have a keen interest to work in mainstream schools and with students with a range of special educational needs.

About the role:

Start work in September 2021.
Flexible hours and cover from day to day supply, short-term and long-term positions.
Working in a variety of mainstream schools with special educational needs students such as autism, moderate learning difficulties and challenging behaviour.
Working to support the teacher within KS3 and KS4.
About the schools we work with:

Secondary school.
Easily accessible from Perry Common, Little Aston, North Birmingham.
Supportive teams and leadership to help you build confidence.
About you:

You must have a minimum of 20 days experience working with young people with special educational needs - we MUST be able to reference this experience.
Be passionate about working with young people and supporting their learning.
Have strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students.
Able to obtain suitable references to cover 2 years and a DBS check.
