THE PURPOSE OF THE JOB
As a Traffic Team Lead you will have a keen eye for design, a creative passion and flair. Highly skilled at managing projects within an artwork studio as well as client facing. Manage all studio projects from briefing through to delivery including management of freelance requirements and bookings. Create, maintain and update when necessary all Studio processes and training manuals carrying out new start inductions / training / refresher training / team management & development. You will be responsible for the cleanse and analysis of the Traffic system data on a weekly / monthly basis. You will embrace the fast-paced ever-changing environment and thrive on a daily challenge.
YOUR KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Experience in a fast paced artwork studio environment.
*
Have managed multi project deliverables, ensuring all parties are informed of progress and problems.
*
Have an understanding on how to estimate projects, keeping a close eye on budgets when projects progress.
*
Able to allocate work based on the resource strengths and skills.
*
Able to follow processes and ensure that the stages of projects are met according to the brief and budget.
*
Can monitor / create current Studio processes and input ideas on how to improve current studio practices / efficiencies.
*
Managed studio resources and daily schedules / timesheets with high volume of traffic including managing teams.
*
Provides timely communication between relevant departments from Studio to Client Services including client.
*
Excellent verbal and written communication with excellent attention to detail.
*
You are skilled at working under pressure.
*
You enjoy a challenge and figuring out new ways to do things as efficiently as possible.
