Electronics Test Engineer

The company works in a broad spectrum of industries, but tends to focus on microprocessor based electronics for industrial control. As an test engineer we would expect you to provide a sound technical ability to help support your colleagues and you should be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator and have an knowledge in electronics's.

You will work directly under the test manager and with our test team to quality check and test our manufactured products..

Responsibilities

You will be responsible final QA of products, Inspection, Testing and fault finding to component level on all manufactured products. There will be a need to review schematic's for testing and fault finding diagnostics.

* Communication with team

* Supporting R&D Work loads and testing

* Testing / inspection products

* rework of RMA's

* Production reworks

* ability to work under pressure

* Proven experience in a similar role

* General understanding of electronic components

* Experience in a manufacturing environment

* Ability to understand a hardware schematic

* Experience in test and diagnostics

* Problem-solving aptitude
