The Communications and Marketing team’s purpose is to lifts Mind’s brand, tell our story in a planned, and audience driven way and deliver strategic, life changing communications.

The Communications and Production Manager's role is to:

  • Ensure continuous delivery of high-quality communications advice and support across all teams within Mind, Mind Cymru and retail.
  • You will empower your team to work effectively and collaboratively across the organisation delivering creative and well thought out messages, comms plans and production management.
  • Working to the communications plan and refreshed brand strategy your team will proactively identify and source requirements for stories, photos, multi-media assets.
  • Improve production across Mind to be more creative, high quality, efficient and cost-effective.

With significant experience in a communications, production or creative role, coupled with working to a strategic communications plan across a complex organisation, you’ll have strong business acumen to ensure value for money, working collaboratively across our organisation.

This position will initially, in line with current and potentially future guidance, be based from home. Post lockdown this role will retain some flexibility but post holders will be expected to be in the office a minimum of two days thereafter (or more, depending on the arrangements of your team).
