HB Commercial are proud to be partnering up exclusively with our fast-paced FMCG company based in Cambridgeshire.
As HR Advisor who will be reporting directly to the Group HR Manager, you will be responsible for the improvement, deployment and effectiveness of the Human Resources processes in the business.
The key responsibilities but not limited to :
*Responsible for the day to day HR generalist function, including recruitment and selection, employee relations and performance management.
*Conduct and document investigations for business areas as matters arise in a timely manner
*Manages the administration of adherence to human resource policies and procedures
*provide up to date advice and guidance on key legislative requirements
*participate and deliver training actives across the operation
*Participates in initiatives to improve the overall effectiveness of human resources processes, leads specific improvement initiatives.
*Create employment contracts as required
*Working closely with Occupational Health
This role will suit a strategic HR Advisor comfortable working closely with operations as a HR generalist . CIPD level 5 would be beneficial but is not essential, providing you can confidently demonstrate your knowledge through hands-on experience.
