Property Inspector - Aberdeen City
To inspect citywide domestic property portfolio to deliver reactive and proactive maintenance works to suitable standard.
Dealing with Tenant issues in relation to their home, workmanship standards and area/external works. Work within Building Services Housing Response team
The successful applicant will have
An understanding of construction industry practices
Experience of writing reports
Experience of managing a team
SMSTS
Full UK driving licence
Experience in running contracts
Asbestos awareness
Health and safety awareness
