I am working on an exciting opportunity for a growing business based in Hemel Hempstead who are seeking a fully remote Sales Manager to join them and lead a team of sales people to maximise sales within the business. The role is competitive paying up to GBP34,500 with GBP40,000 OTE.

Client Details

Description

1.1. Design and implement an agreed scalable sales strategy to secure new customers into each of the product streams across TDS and exceed set targets.

1.2. Report daily, weekly, monthly, annually (and as required) on progress towards set targets.

1.3. Recruit, hire, onboard new Sales and Onboarding Executives and support with the training needs of the direct reports as well as the Client Success team.

1.4. Manage, mentor, train and manage the Sales Executives to foster a culture of achievement by encouraging executives to hit or exceed their targets and ensure that a strong pipeline of leads is consistently generated and managed to support and achieve all weekly, monthly and annual targets.

1.5. Continuously iterate and improve upon sales processes, using our CRM systems to drive efficiencies, reduce manual effort and record performance which can be monitored in real time.

1.6. Be proactive in identifying new leads, taking the initiative in making contact and following through to completion. Lead the Sales team by example.

1.7. Build solid working relationships with new clients, built on trust, personability, and a sound understanding of tenancy deposit protection and the wider private rented sector.

Profile

The successful candidate will have experience of sales from within B2B and B2C, you will have experience of exceeding targets, analysing data and presenting clearly and concisely both orally and in writing and be experienced in training and developing sales personnel.
