Negotiator/ Senior Negotiator

As Negotiator/Senior Negotiator you will be joining a long established, highly successful,independent agency, at their Chipping Norton office. The office mainly deals with residential sales along with commercial and letting. This is a brand new role due to business growth. The salary starts at GBP20,000 up to circa GBP30,000 +commission. The role is full time and includes some weekend working.

The purpose of the role is to support the busy residential side of the office, working on all elements of property sales, including bringing properties onto the market and house completions.

Key Responsibilities of the Negotiator/Senior Negotiator:

Performing market appraisals on properties
Writing advertising and marketing details for properties
Carrying out viewings
Negotiating property sales
Sales progressing on properties through to completion
Liaising with clients, solicitors, financial advisors and other agencies involved in chain progression
Completing all administration on property completions

Key Skills for the Negotiator/Senior Negotiator:

Experience in residential property sales preferred (not essential)
Confident communication skills
Excellent rapport building and negotiating skills
Solid IT skills including all Office Suite
Motivated self-starter able to work on own initiative
Exceptional sales and customer care skills
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
Adaptable in a changing environment
Strong administration skills
Own vehicle and driving licence essential
