Contracts Manager - Retail
Blue Water Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager for one of our clients based in Bristol.
Our client, a well-known Shopfitting, Fit-out and Refurbishment specialist with projects across the UK.
You will be managing various contracts at once, working closely with the Site Managers to drive forward the projects. You must be able to work independently and under the pressure of tight deadlines.
Suitable candidate must have previous experience managing various fitout contracts.
Key responsibilities:
* Attending regular client review meetings
* Preparing accurate construction phased programmes.
* Co-ordinate and manage all aspects of site activities and ensure projects are run correctly, efficiently and within laid down costs.
* Assist in the financial control of all contracts.
* Vet contract terms and conditions.
* Issue orders to sub-contractors and obtain competitive prices where required.
* Prepare site programmes using Microsoft Project.
* Prepare Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Construction Phase Plans.
* Compile end of project maintenance files.
* Capable of overseeing numerous projects and directly employed operatives and subcontractors.
About You:
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid required
* Experienced working within the Shop-fitting industry.
* Prepared to workaway if needed.
* Hold a full UK driving licence.
