Duration - 6 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Rate - Negotiable
Location - Warrington with National Travel
Ideal Candidate-
* MUST have significant contract management experience.
* MUST hold valid SMSTS & CSCS.
* MUST have worked on a fast-track banking / retail / office refurb/ fitout projects.
* MUST be willing to work the occasional Saturday if required by the demands of the project.
* MUST have strong IT skills.
* A strong leader with excellent organisation.
* Excellent communication and client liaison skills.
* Willingness to travel is desired.
Duties include-
* Ensuring the project is ran on time & budget in line with the programme.
* Liaising with the Banking Manager.
* Ensuring the project is completed to a high level of quality.
* Completing relevant paperwork.
* Providing direct line management for the Site Managers.
* Managing the program using ASTA or NS projects.
* Holding meetings with the client & sub-contractors face to face & online.
